Ordering
Payment gateway for on line orders currently makes use of PAYPAL where you can make a Credit Card payment or if you wish to make use of COD if you are collecting goods. A small amount of stock is held here at our office but if you need us to courier to you or collect in Manguzi can be arranged at a price. Email us you requirements for us to action order.
Payment
Payment is COD or if ordering online using Paypal in advance of delivery you have protection if not receiving goods. Paypal will not pay us if you do not receive goods and a dispute will be opened and funds returned if goods lost in transit. EFT payments can also be arranged.
Shipping
As discussed above we are able to courier goods to you using The Courier Guy. If you have an account with them you need to give us your account details and arrange for collection at the branch in Manguzi. This will be discussed via email to ensure we have transaction documented.
